The best way to follow our work is to follow our blog.

We're dedicated to explaining natural resource cycles and developing alternatives to sewers. Our first project, six posters explaining the nitrogen cycle, aerobic decomposition, prominent decomposers, Portland's sewers and composting systems, and toilets of the world. They are now available for sale here on our website for $7 and at Microcosm's store in Portland for $6.

We're currently working on several projects, including finalizing the Emergency Sanitation Handbook created by PNCA students and developing educational materials on ecosan for ReCode Oregon.

Check out our flickr feed for in process shots of our work.

We finished mentoring a studio at Pacific Northwest College of Art called Sanitation, Hygiene and Integrated Technologies.
Our students are maintaining a flickr feed documenting their work.
You can also see the documentation at the SHIT lab website.
